TEMPLE OF KALI

The temple of Kali displays an original architecture: a square base surmounted by a Florentine dome, or more precisely the idea of the Bengali of a Florentine dome… The temple may appear to be abandoned, but it is still active. Do not hesitate to ask the guardian to open the sanctuary, which contains a statue of Kali, goddess of preservation, transformation and destruction in the Hindu pantheon. To get there, take a preset from Tajhat and ask for Kali mondir.
