This NGO is fighting to reduce poverty and improve the living conditions of miséreuses populations through specific programmes. Founded in 1972 on the smoking ruins of the Liberation War, its action now extends far beyond the country's borders and the association intervenes in other Asian countries, as well as in Africa and Haiti.
