West of Cavo, you have to find this restaurant hidden in the countryside, but the atmosphere and the menu are worth the trip!

Nestled in the middle of nature, this restaurant, opened since 2006, is an atypical little nugget nestled between the mountains. The panoramic terrace, protected by a pergola, is illuminated with candles in the evening. Mavi, who is cooking, and Alessandro, sommelier, welcome you with simplicity and courtesy. The menu, labelled Slow Food, changes every evening, but is the same for everyone. We are seduced by the antipasti, the fresh and tasty dishes, the quality local cuisine. A moment of serenity. Possibility to stay in apartments in a house next door.

Pessima esperienza. Ci è stato venduto un menu fisso a 25 euro invece abbiamo pagato 50 euro. Appena arrivati ci è stato portato un antipasto di pesce (che solo alla fine abbiamo saputo fosse il prezzo del solo menu fisso) e poi ci è stato chiesto se volessimo primo e dolce. Noi inconsapevoli del prezzo, in quanto non ci è stato mai portato un menù iniziale abbiamo preso il primo da loro proposto. Sarebbe stato giusto sapere fin dall’inizio cosa nel menu fisso fosse incluso e cosa no. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro.

Ristorante rustico all'aperto, con vista mozzafiato del tramonto sul mare. Cibo di alta qualità con antipasto di mare su piatto unico da dividere tra i commensali ( noi eravamo in quattro) poi un primo piatto a scelta tra penne al ragù di cinghiale e paccheri alle alici, poi tiramisù il tutto accompagnato da un vino elbano, in un'atmosfera suggestiva all luce di lampade e candele. Forse un po' caro perché solo l' antipasto è costato 100 euro( 25 a testa) , io poi avrei preferito un secondo invece che il primo ma non è contemplato. Cmq tutto di ottima qualità.
