Il Capepe, named after a hill behind the village of Marciana, is the small artisanal jam factory of Doriana Mangini, of Milanese origin, and her companion, Renato Paolini. In the heart of the historical centre of Marciana, inside the walls dating back to the 16th century, almost in the rock, this (very!) gourmet workshop offers tasty mixes, such as tomato jelly with rum, pear and cocoa jam or lemon and rosemary jam. It's nice, good, homemade, and therefore an excellent gift idea!
