The construction of the San Miguel collegiate church dates back to the th century, but it ended only in the th century. In Gothic-Renaissance style, it maintains a huge 60 metre high bell tower known as the Giralda de Campos. Built in the th century, it is the typical stately castle of Castile. It has excellent conservation status thanks to the restoration work carried out in the 1960 s by Eugenio Fontaneda, grandson of the founder of Galletas Fontaneda biscuits.
