KURUMBO LODGE

Maria, a Dutchwoman who has lived in The Gambia for several years, welcomes you and her team to her guesthouse on the banks of the bolongs. Three of the 6 bedrooms are in the main house, sharing two bathrooms and a large living room with library. The others are scattered around a large garden planted with trees. The emphasis here is on local experience, with cooking, painting and batik workshops. The lodge has its own boat and a small farm, with chickens, ducks and goats, to keep the kids happy.
