Not necessarily the most historic but perhaps the most authentic of Lockhart's barbeques. We love the simplicity of the places and the generosity of the portions, especially the accompaniments. See all these varieties of beans! This does not detract from the meat that is still perfectly prepared, without any rule being imposed on you.
