Kreuz's Market is the place to go for good meat, and has been since 1875! Yes, that's well over a hundred years ago. Barbecuing is not a joke here. Two rules to respect: first, you eat with your hands, the only real way to enjoy a good barbecue. So don't ask where the cutlery is! Secondly, here the barbecue is prepared and eaten without sauce, which is called in the jargon a dry rub. Don't ask for sauce, it would be sinful! They also sell great souvenirs, for example t-shirts with their logo on it.
