Tout d’abord pour ce qui est du service (accueil, serveurs, réactivité …) celui ci est d’une médiocrité sans nom. Je suis navrée mais les prestations ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur du standing.
On demande simplement du respect mais il a du partir aux oubliettes. Le monsieur de l’accueil avec des locks et grand de taille nous a manqué de respect. Je pense qu’il faut leur programmer une formation intensive sur le contact commercial
Les plats quant à eux étaient bons mais l’attente (1h30) était beaucoup trop longue. Les accompagnements ont été servis à la fin du repas (quelle blague).
La piscine était super super super sale.
En résumé, c’était catastrophique. Je ne vois qu’un seul point positif (le plat était bon) en revanche prix trop élevés pour services proposés.

Dès l’arrivée un monsieur du personnel s’énerve parce qu’on lui pose des questions et a même le culot de dire qu’on le fatigue avec nos questions.
Concernant le service repas, c’était une catastrophe. 1h30 pour avoir nos plats, qui en plus sont arrivés pour la plupart sans accompagnement, qu’on a réussi à avoirs à la fin du repas bien entendu.
Le personnel a réellement besoin d’une formation en matière de relation client.
Plus jamais dans cet établissement.
The pool and lounge area is in need of maintenance. But the food selection was varied and tasty.
We paid 45k and this included the boat ride, buffet and pool access. They told us the buffet closes at 4pm so be sure to get there early if you’re attending.
