Nestled between the Karakoram chain and the Tibetan plateau, the Deosai plain stretches majestically over 3 000 square kilometres. From the top of its 4 000 meters altitude, it is the second highest plateau in the world. On these wild and silent lands, there is a rare and diverse fauna and flora.
