The Baladin restaurant is very pleasant, with its pretty (and high) makuti roof and its view on the beach and the sea. It offers refined cuisine under the watchful eye of a Peruvian chef, so ceviche lovers beware! Its originality lies in its menu of Baladin craft beers, which can be tasted while sitting at a counter made of an original tree trunk. The owner is a well-known brewer in Italy, who makes draught beer with spices from Zanzibar.
