CONCHA Y TORO

The ancient cellars and vineyards of Concha y Toro are located in Pirque, in the Maipo Valley, a privileged area for the production of world-class wines, just an hour from the center of Santiago. Here you can taste the famous Casillero del Diablo and learn about its legend, which began in 1871 when Don Melchor de Concha y Toro, owner and founder, noticed that his best bottles of wine were disappearing, despite being kept under lock and key. He then had the idea of inventing a rumor, which said that the Devil lived in his cellars.
