Salt Creek or Quebrada Sal is a small Ngäbe Buglé village named after the "salt river" because of its proximity to the sea. The access through the mangrove is fantastic, with a chance to see sloths. Once there, a local guide will accompany you along the 3 km long botanical trail leading to a lagoon. Other routes are also available: around the village, to the playas Larga or Pelicano Pelican, or to the bat cave. Traditional food is available on site.
