Things to see and do Lénakel

It is a wonder of nature that this giant banana tree stretches over tens of metres. It is said to have been present in 1774 during James Cook's visit to Tanna. The high entrance fee is explained by the fact that it is the village that must create and maintain the road and path to get there.
