CASCATA

This establishment was emblematic of Lubango in the 1970 s. In colonial times, the inhabitants made the azurara on this long central street, which was then called Rua Picadeiro. They stopped and regularly found themselves at the famous Cascata Glacier, which became pastry in 1987 and now snack bar. The cakes served at the Cascata are now purchased elsewhere. The institution has never changed its name in the last years and remains an address in Lubango.
