The memorial of Dr. António Agostinho Neto was erected in tribute to the first President of the Republic, born on 17 September 1922 and died on 10 September 1979. It was inaugurated on September 17, 2012, for the 90 th anniversary of its birth. Through this building, you can travel in the heart of Agostinho Neto's poetic work. His poems cover the walls of the mausoleum.
