MUMBO ISLAND CAMP

This ecolodge, built on a small island 6 km from Cape Maclear, within Lake Malawi National Park, continues to fascinate visitors. And for good reason, far from everything, without electricity, this island for Robinson Crusoe is one of the most romantic places in the country. The reed cottages, with their thatched roofs, are comfortable and very original. The shower is taken outside with a view of the lake. A hammock allows you to relax unless you lie on the small fine sandy beach. The turquoise wave invites you to swim and kayak to observe multicoloured fish and spotted-necked otters.
