KUMBALI LAKE RETREAT

This recently built lodge at the foot of Lifuwu Hill is one of the most enchanting in the region. The rooms, which merge into a cluster of massive rocks where damans roam, are pleasant and make the most of local plant fibers. A large straw hut houses the bar-restaurant, from which guests can admire the lake and the local children. Other activities include kayaking, beach volleyball and sunset cruises... To reach this lovely establishment from Salima, follow the S122 towards Senga Bay for ten kilometers.
