Varadero is an address that doesn't look like much, but which offers a good cuisine based on fish and seafood (shrimps, oysters and clams are the specialties of the area). On the menu: seafood grilled or in sauce, sole, monkfish, turbot, paella marinière, fideuà... You can also be tempted by a good meat dish (lamb fillet, beef fillet, lamb chops, entrecote... it's a change!). You can sit in the dining room or under the glass terrace.
