For two weeks in the spring, L'Ametlla de Mar celebrates bluefin tuna. Many restaurants take part in the event, using their creativity to offer original recipes based on this emblematic product of the region. If you are visiting L'Ametlla, even outside of this period, you can swim with hordes of farmed tuna (Tuna Tour agency) before tasting a sashimi.
