The first Cider of the State of New York to produce, sell and distribute its cider whose basic ingredients come from 100% of the state, opened its doors in 2014. Apple juice is purchased in the surrounding orchards and the fermentation of fermentation juice to your glass is made here in town. A stroke of heart? The ginger cider, perfect for recovering from a small cold. Nine Pine Refining Works partnered with the nearby distillery. Both establishments exchange barrels. The next novelty will be an apple cider grown in oak drum which has been used in the manufacture of whiskey.
