In operation since 1913, it is one of the oldest family restaurants in the United States. It closed only one day during this period: the day Jack Rosenstein, the original owner, died. It is now his grandson who runs the establishment. The menu is very traditional from the American East Coast: Atlantic seafood and oysters (oyster in English) in abundance. Impeccable service and American style elegance: it is an institution.
