Excelente!! Las habitaciones no antiguas, pero sí muy limpias y con camas muy cómodas.
El servicio de restauración de 10, buffet buenísimo y trato genial!
Si duda para repetir si vas a Calella, un hotel de 3 estrellas, q ya le gustaría a otro de 4 y 5 en cuanto a trato personal y a comida! Graciass

Ich war vor 5 Monaten mit meiner ganzen Klasse dort ich fand es sehr gut für den Preis die Zimmer waren sauber das einzige was mich an den zimmern störte war das Wasser war kalt. die Leute da sind nett außer eine Frau mit blonden lockigen Haaren sie war rassistisch zu mir. Das essen ist lecker hab mich hauptsächlich von den Pommes und kalamari ernährt das Essen hält nicht satt. Das beste fand ich die lokation weil der Strand war buchstäblich 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt auf dem Weg dahin gibt es so ein süßen Kiosk mit alles was man braucht dann gibt es in die andere Richtung eine Hauptstraße wo ich lidl gesehen habe sehr gut. Nur passt auf die Nachbarn auf die waren sehr genervt meiner Meinung und da läuft eine verrückte Frau herum die einen beleidigt und droht die polizei anzurufen ????. der Pool ist super.die Aussicht ist hauptsächlich auf den pool im Innenhof manche Zimmer haben auch Aussicht auf die Straße.Von dem Hotel bis nach Barcelona sind es 1 Stunde ungefähr mit dem Auto. Im großen und ganzen hab ich und meine klasse es sehr genossen dort. Ich würde da nochmal hingehen mit meiner Familie. Ich gebe dem Hotel eine 8.5/10

Bastante bueno económico y con área para entretener a los críos.

Avoid at all costs, arrived around 11am rooms wasn’t ready till 3pm not even 5 minutes of being in the rooms a glass wall shattered all over the place leading to being rushed to hospital needing stitches the front desk was rang immediately asking for help taking them over 10 minutes to even come up upon arriving they was more concerned about the blood all over the floor and bed then checking I was okay or assisting calling an ambulance they then left with no help no apologies nothing it took us asking for a different room with bits of glass still being around the room and having a 3 year old with us we was then moved to a room with a full glass interior bathroom with no privacy at all and bit strange to transfer us to a room like that after being traumatised already with what had happened.
When inspected the other room the rest of the family was in it was obvious this kind of thing had happened before with there being silver bars left in the wall where glass used to be which now wasn’t??? Had it fallen out previously on someone?? A child? And still no change? The bathrooms stunk like stale piss the cleaners changed our sheets and cleaned the room once our whole 1 week stay we would have to leave dirty towels out side the room or they wouldn’t even come in and take them our towels were replaced twice the whole time (both room)
Staff at the front desk were a shambles expect for the one man who worked night shift he was very helpfully and kind seemed to do his best for everyone
The manager however when brought to our attention we needed an accident form filling out she suddenly acted to us she didn’t understand England and kept struggling her shoulders even tho speaking to us days prior in English tried to tell us by speaking threw staff that accident forms don’t exist and we couldn’t have one, we got one a hour before we left the hotel, The hotel have refused to apologise and refused to take liability of the what happened with the rooms being unsafe but avoided us at all costs our whole stay , I had trouble walking the first few days of the stay with this happening day one! My parents would go get me snacks/ drinks from the pool bar when I was comfortable enough to go by my self I was refused every single time with the excuses the pumps not working there’s not chips left the cookers are of etc..
1 day there was a lot of people at the food area eating I felt it was just me so put it to the test I was refused chips as apprently none left so I when back to the pool then noticed my sister sat in the food area snuck round the back and asked her to go up for me she was served straight away????? Upon all of this our whole stay no complaints no arguments accrued nothing until day 5 so all this no food and completely being ignored by staff had no reasoning I felt targeted by the hotel for something that was there fault.
The rooms where filthy we spoke to a few people around the poool who has also had to move rooms with how dirty they where
The hot tub had a vile smell coming from it and had alsort at the bottom my 3year old brother ended up with hand foot and mouth from being in there. The entire pool area is ridiculous covered in files due to dirty bins not being maintained properly behind the wall.

Charming hotel just a bit off the beaten track

CAUTION DON'T ATE THEIR FOOD IT IS POISONED!!!! Unfortunately, I was one of those who got food poisoning and ended up vomiting and having diarrhea all night.

Apartahotel con buenos servicios y un buen buffet

El hotel está en muy buena ubicación y zona comercial. El personal agradable en todo momento. Aunque debo decir que las habitaciones necesitan un buen acondicionamiento y reparación en referencia a las placas de salida del aire acondicionado, griferias y sanitarios, pintura en ciertos muebles,etc. La comida buffet bastante aceptable aunque con exceso de clientes escasea por momentos aunque se valora muy positivamente el servicio grill al momento. El tema de las bebidas aparte teniendo incluido comida o cena es algo a tener en cuenta pagarlo después no me parece muy correcto la verdad. El servicio piscina y jacuzzi ideal y recomendable. En general lo aconsejo para escapadas de 2/3 días para hacer algo de turismo y desconectar de la rutina diaria. Un 8,5 de valoración.

Séjour de 3 nuits pour le week-end triathlon Iron Man. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour ce rendre à cet événement tous les ans
Pour le parking de l’hôtel malheureusement complet à notre arrivée mais nous avons trouvé une place payantes environ 10 euro par jour ( horodateur ) dans les rues adjacentes.
Il y a 3 places de dépose minutes très pratiques devant l’hôtel pour décharger les affaires.
Très bonnes accueille à la réception par du personnel qualifié qui essaie de parler votre langue et qui vous donne les bonnes informations nécessaires pour votre séjour et l’installation dans votre chambre ( caution de 60 euros à donner par carte sui vous ai débiter et rendu à la fin de votre réservation)
Notre chambre disposée d’une chambre avec 2 lits simples confortables, d’un salon avec un coin cuisine simple mais fonctionnel et d’un canapé lit, d’une salle de bain avec wc. L’ensemble était propre et il y avait un balcon devant chaque pièce pratique pour faire sécher le linge mouillé. Toute les chambres ne sont pas pareil et n’ont pas la même vue , une autre partie de notre famille avaient des chambres sans coin cuisine ( demi pension ) et avait 2 pièces avec chacun sa salle de bain et wc donc grande chambre avec balcon toujours
Piscine également très sympa avec un coin jacuzzi chauffée et un coin enfant très jolies mais l’eau était trop froide malheureusement en ce début d’octobre ( ils y ont jouer comme même) . Il y a également un petit bar snack terrasse à côté très appréciable au bord de je piscine
Pour le buffet proposé par l’hôtel il est bien garnis pratique avec un coin grillage à la plancha par un cuisiner qui vous attends donc parfait, la salle de restaurant est grande et le service est très correct. À faire la prochaine fois

Nice workers and service. Some rooms are a little outdated and honestly a bit disgusting. Besides that and the bleachwater that was served at the first night, a very nice stay for the price.

Hotel amb apartaments, divertida piscina infantil i jacuzzi exterior. Bona qualitat-preu. És la segona vegada que tornem a l'hotel Balmes perquè ens va agradar molt fa dos anys, especialment la bonica piscina infantil ben decorada, amb dos tobogans i amb "pluja d'aigua" constant, i el jacuzzi exterior. Ambdues vegades hem demanat apartament per poder cuinar i disposar de nevera (viatgem amb nens). El llit doble que es baixa de la paret és de matalàs dur que m'ha resultat molt còmode.

Haurien de canviar urgentment el terra la zona que envolta la piscina infantil. El material està molt bé perquè no rellisca, però ja està bastant trencat i ara comença a ser fins i tot perillós. Aquesta vegada l'apartament tenia algunes coses que s'haurien de millorar i que ja vam comentar a recepció, com el marbre de la cuina que està trencat i provoca una mica d'inclinació molesta a l'hora de cuinar o el vàter tort. Igualment el recomano per a famílies amb nens, jo hi tornaria.

Stayed here for 9 days. Would recommend. Staff are lovely. Food choices were excellent. Rooms could do with a little update, but very clean. Perfect central point to visit local areas and Barcelona is a train ride away. Short walk to a lovely beach with water sports and restaurants. Swimming pool is not very big but okay to cool down and have a quick dip. I'm definitely visiting again ????
