THE CHEESE GALLERY

This cute little diner-store on Thornbury's main street has many culinary strings to its bow. In the back, you will find a delicatessen selling local products, but also sweets from elsewhere. On the side, a cheese counter offers a fine selection, while the front of the store has been converted into a pleasant lounge. You will be able to taste pastries, certainly a little expensive, but delicious. But the big star on the menu is undeniably the cheese, available as grilled cheese or as a tasting platter.
