In 2003, Cristina and Alvaro, young Salvadoran entrepreneurs, lovers of nature and the arts, created Axul Ataco (and since 2016 Axul Apaneca) to sell at fair prices local crafts with exclusive and personalised design. There is a lot of choice for souvenirs, certainly a little more expensive than those you will find on the street, but with a very nice design and a fair mind.
