Fitzroy Falls is an impressive 80-meter-high waterfall at the northeastern tip of Morton National Park, on the edge of the plateau overlooking Kangaroo Valley. Access takes just five minutes from the parking area. A tourist attraction, to be sure, but with a dazzling panorama. For walkers, head for the 4 km West Rim to admire the waterfalls and a different view of the valley. Test your echo and get the feeling of being alone in the world! If you're lucky, you may even spot some birds of prey.
