PUDUKKOTTAI GOVERNMENT MUSEUM

It is the largest museum in Tamil Nadu, after the Government Museum in Chennai. The relics dating back to the time when Pudukkottai was a powerful princely city are exhibited there; some paintings, ancient sculptures in bronze and stone, various objects, musical instruments, elephant tusks... And also an impressive number of stuffed animals. It's a pity that the preservation of the items is a bit neglected...
