Brasserie Timmermans, located in Itterbeek, Belgium, is the oldest brewery still in operation. For over 300 years, it has perpetuated the tradition of true lambic, a unique beer brewed with 30% wheat. The brewery was voted "World's Best Sour Beer" at the prestigious World Beer Awards in 2015, a testament to the quality of its products. Group tours are also available. Visitors can immerse themselves in the world of lambics and Oude Geuze and end their visit with a tasting of the brewery's products. Products can also be purchased on site.
