Grégory is the head chef and Matthieu is the pastry chef. The menus, based on seasonal products, change regularly. The place has two terraces, one on the banks of the Meuse, shaded in summer and heated in low season. Another one, at the front. On the ground floor, the menu is that of a classic and refined brasserie: red meats, fish, salads and pasta. Upstairs, the cuisine is more gastronomic and Mediterranean influenced, with subtle combinations. If we add that the place is a local must, who can say better?
