LA VACHE QUI VOLE

The Vache qui Vole caught our eye. We don't know if it's because of its fluorescent pink statue in front of the restaurant's entrance or because of its convenient vending machine on the sidewalk. Or maybe it's Cristelle's smile during service or Michel's carefully prepared menu. His cuisine is classic and reassuring at the same time: croquettes (shrimps or cheese), grills (lamb, BBB or Irish beef...), American, meatballs, trout, mussels..., the list is not much longer and it is a guarantee of seriousness.
