In the quietness of the Rougemont golf course, Chef ** Pierre Résimont has created a tempting menu at the Grill de l'Eau Vive. Whether you're a golfer or not, you'll be happy to sit down to a menu with almost as many options as there are holes on the green. Classics? Meatballs with tomato sauce, foie gras or burger. Suggestions? Pluma iberico, snacked scallops or ramen with soft-boiled egg and lacquered bacon. A menu? Three possible combinations in two or three courses.
