HAWAÏAN POKE

You must have heard of poké bowls unless you've been on another planet for the last 5 years. These large bowls to compose yourself come from Hawaii. You can find fish or shellfish (chicken or tofu too) and a lot of nice colored foods that remind you that paradise could be there. You can make your own bowl from different ingredients (rice, sauce, vegetables, choice of meat or fish, etc.) or you can enjoy a "signature" poké where the choice of ingredients is already established. More balanced than a taco, healthier than a pizza, it's great.
