Philomène Florale, a light blonde (5.5% vol. alc.) was born in 2015. One can even say that it was born in the desecrated church of Piroy in Malonne. As a 100% traditional brewery, all the stages from production to bottling are managed on site. The bell, dedicated to Philomène, was cast in Tellin.
