Maître Corbeau has been present on the markets for ages. And also on the Chaussée de Louvain for several years now. Antoine Stoffel is a cheese ripener, he regularly goes to Rungis to enrich his gold mine, the cellar. He also and above all forges links on the spot, directly with the producers to whom he willingly goes to discover the milky nuggets. Antoine and his team offer cheese platters, raclettes and fondues to suit all budgets and tastes. Especially the big ones, by the way.
