Soliha is the leading association in the home improvement sector.Soliha's values are those of decent housing for all, the inhabitant at the heart of the project, territorial roots, partnership and independence.

Our missions. They concernimproving the living environment of private individuals, owner-occupiers, landlords and tenants. Its approach to housing renovation and the implementation of housing policies with local authorities involves conductingstudies and coordinating local projects.

Co-owners too. SOLIHA assists condominiums with their energy renovation projects, from the search for a project manager to the definition of a program of work eligible for financial assistance. It also helps with financial decisions and the preparation of financing plans for each condominium owner before the general meeting called to vote on the work, and with the preparation and follow-up of subsidy applications (MaPrimeRénov copropriétés, CEE and others).

Soliha provides comprehensive on-site support and helps owner-occupiers put together applications to various funding bodies. (Anah, local authorities, pension funds, etc.) It helps to put vacant property back on the rental market by assisting owners with the renovation of ageing housing, or by helping them to convert buildings used for purposes other than housing into rental accommodation.

Social real estate agency. Social real estate agency. This is currently present in the Doubs (with over 505 lots under management) and Côte d'Or (with over 230 lots under management). In the latter department, the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales, the French government and local authorities (Conseil départemental de Côte d'Or and Dijon Métropole) have supported the recent development of this real estate agency aimed at low-income households. AIS professionals are on the lookout for landlords (individuals and legal entities) wishing to entrust them with the management of their rental properties, in return for tax benefits and financial incentives. These properties enable individuals and families facing economic and sometimes social difficulties to gain access to independent housing. They also benefit from social support to help them stay in their homes under optimum conditions.
