The small village of Pouilly-en-Auxois, located along the Bourgogne Canal, has more than one tourist attraction: wealth of heritage (colombiers, castles, fortified villages in the vicinity…), nature walks by boat or bicycle, on the way to the slipway, or still gastronomic discoveries… Tourists are not mistaken, there are many here with the arrival of the beautiful days.
The main attraction is undoubtedly the marina of Pouilly-en-Auxois, where the Bourgogne Canal passes. Apart from the tourist aspect, this small municipality of 1600 inhabitants, especially dynamic, organizes numerous shows and entertainment all year round. It is based on a highly developed associative fabric in the fields of sport (including a new synthetic football field) and culture in particular. Pouilly-en-Auxois, at the intersection of Dijon, Beaune, Semur and Autun, every four to 30 minutes drive, is therefore a nice city to live!
