MUSEUM OF ARCHAEOLOGY AND HISTORY
Here are two museums in one! The Archaeological Museum presents the remains of the region of Prehistory in the Middle Ages. The History Society is committed to maintaining these traces of local life. It includes bones of animals, various objects of the age of metals, or the result of excavations carried out in the old church of Bas-Warneton and the Château de Warneton. The Museum of Local and Regional History paints a cartographic and graphic table of the Walloon Picardy. Numerous documents and archives are presented here as well as Reproductions reproductions (th century) gouaches. On site, the Documentation Centre is rich in over 12 books. It thus protects an incredible collection of magazines, photos, newspapers or various documents related to the past of the commune and its citizens.
