Dany Lombart has set up his gastronomic table in this beautiful house on the banks of the Eau d'Heure. You feel good here, you can enjoy the view of the river in winter and summer and you can savour a well-kept kitchen. Without hesitation, one of the best tables in the region! The plates are set to the millimetre, each ingredient is rigorously selected (the organic vegetables of the Maustitchi, for example), the chef knowing better than anyone else how to match the flavours. He likes poached langoustine and quail with beetroot and foie gras... We follow him with our eyes closed!
