Read more54PM (new name for this club that has left the Appart Fitness brand) offers all fitness categories, from personalized courses to group classes and every machine imaginable to strengthen our flesh and muscles. The atmosphere here is relaxed and we meet all ages and all morphologies. No competition, but with yourself! The coaches are attentive and really nice (not only during registration...) and it is not uncommon for them to hear from you by phone! There are many group classes to satisfy all desires: cardio, weight training and relaxation. The most athletic can practice cross training and other specialized disciplines which brings an unbeatable quality/price ratio!
