The reception of this family restaurant located close to the Lacs de l'eau d'Heure, is provided by Christian and Anne-Marie, the "beekeepers" of this hive, who for four decades now have been looking after the happiness of their customers. Without being omnipresent, the products of the hive (honey or mead) like to mingle with appetence with certain dishes. The terroir is not to be outdone with a wink to some local producers (Ferme de la Sauvenière or Distillerie de Biercée, for example) without forgetting the mead stamped La Ruchette, flavoured or not.
