For nearly twenty years, Pierre has been working in the kitchen and Sandra in the dining room. The menu is a nice mix of classics (American, prepared or not, melts in the mouth), local dishes (escavêche, Ardennes ham...) or with Italian influences (beef carpaccio and candied tomatoes, truffle ravioli...). Grilled meat also has its say. Finally, sweetbreads with mushroom cream and death trumpets reconcile us with this delight. The chocolate fondant is perfectly mastered and the wine list is modest in price.
