Napoleon's last HQ transformed into a museum, presenting military objects, located a few kilometers from the Hameau du Lion
Located a few kilometres from the Lion Hamlet, the Caillou farm - where Napoleon and his staff spent the night of 17 to 18 June 1815 - has also been transformed into a museum. It was here that the Emperor drew up his battle plans. Napoleon's camp bed, his death mask, the skeleton of a French hussar, slide shows of the 1815 campaign and a multitude of other military objects can be seen here, among other things. On the weekend closest to 18 June, a large Napoleonic bivouac is organised.
