Over the years, the house has kept its charm and its old classified staircase. The menu is really audacious, using rare ingredients, game, vegetables of yesteryear... Like this fillet of doe, its pumpkin and chestnut mousse, fried parsnips, cranberries and light mustard sauce... A revelation. The hake fillet, fried potato mousse, with parmesan crumble and burnt onion juice is just as invigorating. To conclude: a waffle from Liege, with its pear infused with bergamot and its pear - tonka bean sorbet. A real trip.

Très agréable moment
Outre que tout était parfait pour l'occasion j'en retiendrai également que ce fut la dernière sortie gastro de mon papa aujourd'hui disparu et que le plaisir avec lequel il a dégusté les mets proposés resteront comme une preuve de la qualité de l'endroit

Small restaurant set in a venerable house with undeniable character (the staircase is even listed) offers a menu with multiple choices (3 or 4 services plus wines included or not). You will have the choice between 3 cold starters and/or 3 hot starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts and/or cheeses.
The menu changes every month, which gives each once to discover new dishes.
Beautiful gastronomy (fine and delicious dishes), very professional service (efficient and discreet).
