Wunderschöne Aussicht über die Rheinebene, tolles Spa, tolles Frühstück und Zimmer, die zwar einen Balkon haben, die Stufe zu dessen Erklimmen ist allerdings eine kleine Herausforderung, da deutlich über Treppenstufenhöhe und die Raumgröße zu Gunsten eines recht großen Bades und einer überdimensionierten separaten Toilette (leider ohne Handwaschbecken) etwas verschoben, daher nur 4/5 für das chambre supérieure...

I just took their spa and dinner package for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. I booked the package and noted I wanted to come on Nov 23. It was the last day I could use the package before the Christmas markets and it was for the exact date of his birthday.

There were some miscommunication and I my dinner reservations never went through. Thankfully I had an intuition to call to confirm. The restaurant was completely full but, after speaking with the supervisor, they were able to accommodate me and the birthday boy.

I love the spa here. It’s always super clean and never too over crowded. Our reservations for dinner were at 20h45 and we arrived at 17h for the spa. We had more than enough time to enjoy everything and be relaxed. Dinner was delicious as always. The birthday boy was very happy and so am I. Thank you to the staff who were able to fit us in!

Très bon hôtel où nous avons profitez à fond.
Le personnel est très agréable et à votre service.
Un tout petit soucis : dans les chambres le chauffage est difficile à régler.

Nous y avons séjourné une nuit avec accès au spa. Le check-in s'est passé rapidement avec une tisane offerte. Chambre agréable, juste ce qu'il faut avec une bonne literie, une grande salle de bain, un frigo, une bouloire, un TV et le pack Spa (serviettes, peignoirs et pantoufles). Nous avions une chambre supérieure avec vue sur la forêt. Le gros point positif est la partie restauration, avec le dîner du soir et le petit déjeuner. Serveurs et serveuses très sympathiques, nous nous sommes régalés avec la formule 3 plats. Bien conseillé pour le vin rouge et pour le fromage. Le seul point négatif est le Spa que je trouve petit et pas beaucoup de bulles, à part les douches. Sona, hammam et solarium top. Pour conclure nous y avons passé un très bon moment dans l'ensemble.
