The old vaulted cellars of the Hospice de Meursault from the 15th and 17th centuries house the vintages of the house since the 19th century, founded by Jean Ropiteau. The wine estate is located on the terroirs of Meursault, Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet, Beaune and the hill of Corton. The Château, orangery, winery, outbuildings, dovecote, park and orchard cover 8 hectares. The 65 hectares of vines produce 5 Grands Crus, 18 Premiers Crus, 12 village and regional appellations and 300,000 bottles a year. The magnificent cellars cover an area of 3,500 m², with 800 barrels. The estate organizes tastings on reservation, with a tour of its cellars dating from the 12th to the 19th century.
