Thierry Desarbres, head of 4S Immo, specializes in the development of housing estates for single-family homes. His offices are now located in the heart of the Domaine Sainte-Anne, just a few kilometers outside Messigny. By mid-2023, the company had nearly 150 lots in its catalog: serviced building plots available for construction within the Dijon metropolitan area in Pichange, Prenois and Route d'Ahuy in Dijon. 4S Immo is also a "horizontal" developer, with a turnkey offer of premium homes in the Combe Belle Fille eco-district in Messigny-et-Vantoux. A haven of greenery and tranquillity, the 43 roof-top, timber-framed houses are designed to exceed RE2020 standards, with advanced features for electric mobility. The condominium will be intergenerational, with a space reserved for shared services. Living areas range from 95 to 160 m² on plots of 480 to 800 m². An innovative project dear to Thierry Desarbres, who is partnering a major developer on an 83-home eco-district project in Dijon. 4S Immo can also help you build a wood-frame house to German Passivhaus standards.
