Not far from the village of Messigny-et-Vantoux, on the Val Suzon road and just before the forest house, a hiking trail awaits you that allows you to climb the Roche-Château. Note that a significant difference in altitude allows you to reach the summit, at 400 meters high. Once at the top you will be rewarded! Discover a superb panorama overlooking the valley. This rock is what remains of an ancient prehistoric camp dating back to the Iron Age, whose role was to defend the Val Suzon. The loop ends at the Combe d'Arvaux. A beautiful hike in perspective!
