This guesthouse managed by the monastery offers basic but clean rooms, right next to the Golden Temple. The place is very quiet and conducive to meditation. The first floor is occupied by a small shopping complex with small souvenir stores and a café where you can eat. You will need a special permit to stay at Bylakuppe, even for one night. You can apply for one at Madikeri, before your arrival.
