Lava Beds National Monument, located in Lava Beds National Monument, has just one campground, Indian Well Campground. It's 0.8 km from the visitor center and cave loop. The campground has 43 sites available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pitches can accommodate tents, campervans, small trailers and motorhomes up to 9 meters in length (not all pitches can accommodate motorhomes). Please note that part of the campground closes for the winter after the Thanksgiving vacation and generally reopens in the spring. Wood fires are permitted unless otherwise indicated. Toilets with water, washbasins and flush toilets are available all year round in the campsite. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and all campsite rules apply to groups. Pets are allowed on the campsite, but must be kept on a leash. The campsite is usually fully booked only on summer weekends and public holidays. If the site is full, staff can direct you to several campsites within a 30-minute drive. The campground has no showers, electrical hookups, dump station or amenities such as gasoline or propane.

Caves ludiques
