Founded in 1942, this delicious sushi restaurant is an institution in the city. Thanks to its proximity to the Sea of Japan, Orizuru offers visitors the opportunity to taste a wide variety of freshly caught fish. The chef, a native of the city, trained in the greatest Japanese restaurants. The place can quickly be taken by storm because of its fame. One can also taste Tajima beef sushi. The lunch menu is affordable as well as the donburi, a large bowl of rice on which fish is served.
